Bond over literature with your colleagues

Finding ways to connect with others at work can be difficult when you’re stuck in a cubicle or limited to small talk before a meeting or in the hallways. When faculty and staff members of varied ranks, roles and backgrounds meet regularly to discuss narrative literature—facilitated by CWRU professors—they share life experiences, explore diverse perspectives, shed familiar paradigms, and develop authentic connections.

The Wellness Program will offer a new installment of Reflection Point, a reading group that meets weekly for 12 weeks to discuss books carefully chosen due to themes that inspire robust discussions on values, issues, and beliefs. This session will run Wednesdays from Aug. 28 to Nov. 13 from noon to 1 p.m. via Zoom.

Those who are Monthly Wellness Incentive recipients can earn a $100 Wellness Program Incentive in the Community Well-being category for attending at least 10 of 12 sessions.
