Bon Appetit to offer cooking demo on incorporating seasonal foods Sept 18.

As part of the Employee Wellness Program, Bon Appetit Management Co. chefs will host a cooking demo on how to easily incorporate local and seasonal foods.

The demo will take place Sept. 18 from noon to 1 p.m. in Leutner Commons dining hall, L3 (downstairs, next to the Spot).
