This week, Bon Appetit Management Co. will switch its online ordering system to a more user-friendly site, CaterTrax.
With this new system, users will be able to log in and view current orders, print past invoices, and, if desired, place orders.
The website is available for review at case.catertrax.com, but orders cannot be placed until Thursday, March 21. Orders that must be fulfilled before March 29 need to be placed in the current system, but orders for on or after that date should be placed on the CaterTrax website.
If you have already placed an order, Bon Appetit will transfer the order to the new system, and you will receive a new email confirmation.
If you have past orders that you would like to be able to access, print them from the current catering website prior to March 29. Once this transition is complete, Bon Appetit and individual users will no longer have access to past orders.
Individuals who would like to familiarize themselves with the new ordering process can take part in a brief tutorial Wednesday, March 20, at 3 p.m. Register for the training.
