Beat summer stress with meditation class

83253504Practicing meditation regularly can help reduce stress, improve focus and concentration, and lead to greater workplace productivity. The Case Western Reserve University Wellness Program will offer a four-week class on Wednesdays, July 15-Aug. 5, at 12:30 p.m. The class is free but pre-registration is requested.

Throughout the year, the Wellness Program offers a variety of free classes on topics including stress management, financial fitness, weight management, physical fitness and smoke cessation to CWRU faculty and staff.
