Beat stress this year with CWRU Wellness

The Case Western Reserve University Wellness program will offer classes throughout the year to help faculty and staff members manage stress, including the upcoming S.M.A.R.T. 2.0 series.

For those who have completed the first S.M.A.R.T class, S.M.A.R.T. 2.0 will be offered Wednesday nights at 5:30 p.m. in Crawford Hall, Room 09A beginning Jan. 13. This eight-week class on advanced stress resilience strengthens and adds new skills for participants to practice. Ninety-seven percent of CWRU participants in 2015 rated S.M.A.R.T. 2.0 “good” or “excellent.” Registration is available online.

Wellness classes are offered to 2016 Wellness Participants—those who have completed the Health Risk Appraisal, Biometric Screening and Tobacco Attestation in the fall of 2015.
