The next BBQ on the Quad event will be Wednesday, July 10, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Case Quad outside Tomlinson Hall. This week’s event will be an all-American barbecue with beef hamburgers, bratwurst/hot dogs and black bean burgers on the grill.
The menu also will include garden salad and roasted fingerling potato salad, corn on the cob, and macaroni and cheese. There also will be a condiment station and assorted ice cream novelties for dessert.
Each meal costs $8.50 for one protein and includes sides, iced tea or lemonade, and ice cream. Extra protein can be purchased for $3.50. Ice cream purchased separately is $2 and bottled water or a can of soda is $1.50.
