“A Healthy Back and Spine” workshopMay 3, 2022Events· If you have ever suffered with back pain, you know how critical a healthy back is for everyday movements and overall quality of life. Members of the campus community are invited to a workshop that will teach participants how to actively maintain a healthy back and spine so that they have the best chance of living pain free. This specialized workshop will include: Postural analysisErgonomics from beds and pillows to workspacesStability and strength exercises for the coreYoga and relaxation techniquesGenetics: what we have received and learned from our parentsWhat we can change and how we can live with what we have. This workshop will be held at One to One Fitness Center Saturday, May 7, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Membership is not required. Register for the workshop.
