Apply to host prospective CWRU students for Diversity Overnight

The Office of Undergraduate Admission is seeking outstanding Case Western Reserve University students to host prospective students during Diversity Overnight, which will be Nov. 12–13. Diversity Overnight will bring about 200 seniors from around the country to campus to learn what life is like at CWRU. Spartan Ambassadors open their rooms to these prospective students to provide them with a campus overnight experience.

Ambassadors must live in university-owned, on-campus housing; this includes Greek life housing that is owned by the university.

Sign up to be a Spartan Ambassador for Diversity Overnight. Those interested in hosting for spring admitted student events can indicate so on the application as well.

All new ambassadors are required to complete a one-hour training session. Details for training will be shared with those who complete the application.

Apply online or email spartanambassadors@case.edu with any questions.
