New students are invited to apply for the Emerging Leaders Program (ELP) to jumpstart their college experience.
ELP is a 10-week program that will give students the confidence, knowledge, connections and skills to thrive as leaders both inside and outside the classroom. The immediate benefits of participating include: becoming part of a small community of first-year students who care about developing the leader within; learning more about themselves and their potential as a student leader; and connecting to an upper-class student leader and staff member who will mentor them through their first semester on campus.
