The Acclaimed Authors Summer Luncheon Series 2017 will continue with a talk by Neil Zurcher, author of One Tank Trips.
His talk will be held Friday, July 14, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Cleveland Skating Club (2500 Kemper Road).
Zurcher logged more than a million miles on Ohio’s roads over 25 years as a TV travel reporter. He was the original host of the “One Tank Trips” travel report, which aired in Cleveland and has since been emulated in other television markets throughout the United States. He has written five books about Ohio, including Ohio Oddities and Strange Tales from Ohio.
The series will conclude Aug. 18 with a talk by Mimi Ormond, author of Kindertransport: A Rescued Child.
Admission to each event is $35 for Association for Continued Education (ACE) members and $40 for nonmembers.
ACE and the Laura and Alvin Siegal Lifelong Learning Program sponsor the Acclaimed Authors Summer Luncheon Series.
