A look back: CWRU releases latest annual report

In order to know where you’re going, it’s important to know where you’ve been.

That’s why the beginning of a semester is the perfect time to reflect on last year’s progress with Case Western Reserve University’s newly released 2023–24 Annual Report.

In this report, you can get a high-level overview of key elements of university operations between July 1, 2023, and June 30, 2024, such as:

  • 3,379 degrees awarded (bachelor’s, master’s and doctorates);
  • 12,475 students from 50 states and 106 countries;
  • more than $210 million in gifts and pledges;
  • a 15% increase in the number of research awards; and
  • 151 invention disclosures and 124 patents issued—both representing an increase over last year.
