To encourage students to boost their daily consumption of water, Student Wellness will host the CWRU 30-Day Water Challenge beginning Monday, Feb. 11.
Each week, participants will be encouraged to drink eight or more eight-ounce glasses of water per day and decrease the amount of sugary and caffeine-containing beverages they drink. A weekly drawing will be held for wellness-related prizes for participants who turn in their log each week.
