The Healthy Business Council of Ohio recently named Case Western Reserve University’s Wellness Program a Gold Level Healthy Workplace Award winner.
The university is one of 73 Ohio employers to be honored for a commitment to employee wellness by promoting employee health, productivity and healthy work environments.
The council honors small, medium and large employers on three levels: gold, silver and bronze awards. Case Western Reserve was included in the large business category, which is for employers with 1,001 or more employees.
The Healthy Business Council of Ohio will recognize the winners during a ceremony Jan. 24 at the Health Action Council 2018 Columbus Symposium.
Case Western Reserve was first recognized in 2015 with a bronze award, following up with silver awards in 2016 and 2017.
