Talk description

Millennials make up 35 percent of the workforce and they are the first generation to come of age in a world of electronic and social networking. Millennials are sometimes described as lazy, self-centered and civically disengaged, but also are considered more self-expressive, open-minded and receptive to alternate lifestyles based on gender, race or religion.

This generation will have a profound and growing impact on the social, civic and political life of America (and elsewhere) over the next decades. They are worth understanding.
