We know that sleep is important, yet many of us struggle to get enough quality sleep each night. The university community is invited learn more at a talk titled “Sleep Great: Reap the Benefits of Being Well Rested” Wednesday, April 4, at noon and again at 1 p.m. in Thwing Center ballroom.
Dennis Auckley, professor of medicine, will share the science behind sleep, explain how a lack of sleep impacts us at work and school, and provide basic sleep hygiene information to help improve your sleep.
Students, faculty and staff are all welcome to attend this second collaborative University Wellness event.
Participants need not make a reservation and a light lunch will be served.
