As the new year begins, we’re focusing on a goal that many emphasize this time of year: wellness. Throughout the month, we’ll highlight some of the wellness-related resources available to faculty, staff and students—covering both mental and physical well-being.
University Health and Counseling Services address many student health and wellness needs. This week, we will focus on counseling services; last week, we highlighted health services.
Counseling services offers students individual and group counseling, psychiatric services, psychological testing, consultation services and referrals.
The counseling services team offers walk-in hours during office hours. Students can go to Sears Building, Suite 220, weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. to be seen that day.
After hours, students can call 216.368.5872 for help.
Counseling services also has a list of contacts for community members who are in crisis at students.case.edu/wellness/info/emergencies.html.
