Faculty and staff who resolve to improve their health in 2018 may want to consider attending the plant-based nutrition series program offered by the Esselstyn family and Bon Appetit Management Co. through the Case Western Reserve University Wellness Program.
In this eight-week series, which kicks off Jan. 8, participants will learn about the health benefits and science associated with plant-based nutrition. Practical implementation suggestions will be discussed so participants can learn how to follow this nutritional guidance at home and at work.
See the class-by-class description on the wellness website at case.edu/wellness/facultystaff/campus-programs/nutrition-weight-management/.
Registration is available online.
