Produce is harvested regularly at the University Farm. During the fall and winter months, the Farm Food Program staff will open the farm stand to the Case Western Reserve University community.
The stand will be in front of the greenhouse at University Farm (37125 Fairmount Blvd., Hunting Valley) from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. the following four Saturdays:
- Nov. 18
- Dec. 19
- Jan. 20
- Feb. 17
The stand will have fresh organic produce, including oyster mushrooms, various herbs, sweet carrots and other greens. Produce selection will be based on each week’s harvest. The farm staff also is hoping to add a selection of nature-inspired seasonal items.
