For more than 45 years, the Milton A. Kramer Law Clinic Center has provided Case Western Reserve University School of Law students with practical experience to prepare for their future careers.
The center offers students the chance to represent clients in various areas of law, through the following programs:
- Civil Litigation Clinic
- Criminal Justice Clinic
- Community Development Clinic
- Health Law Clinic
- Human Rights, Civil Rights and Immigration Clinic
- Human Trafficking Program
- Intellectual Property Venture Clinic
Each year, the clinic handles more than 100 cases, providing approximately 16,000 hours of pro bono work.
