The University Center for Innovation in Teaching and Education will host a session titled “Using Concept Mapping to Improve Student Understanding” Thursday, Sept. 21, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the Allen Memorial Medical Library’s Herrick Room.
During this UCITE event, Dianne Kube, lecturer of biology, will illustrate how concept mapping is used in her courses to assist students in reading and understanding journal articles.
