Celebrate the beginning of fall at this year’s Farm Harvest Festival Saturday, Sept. 19, from 1 to 6 p.m. at the University Farm (37125 Fairmount Blvd., Hunting Valley).
The festival, which is hosted by the Student Sustainability Council, will feature hayrides, hiking tours, cornhole, fresh food, a grass maze, Mitchell’s Ice Cream, singing and dancing performances, and more.
The event is free and open to the public. Food is free for all faculty, staff, students and children under 12. For all others, the price for food is $5.
Buses will leave for the farm from Thwing Center every half hour beginning at 12:30 p.m. Parking also will be available at the farm.
