Practicing meditation regularly can help reduce stress, improve focus and concentration, and lead to greater workplace productivity. The Case Western Reserve University Wellness Program will offer a four-week class on Wednesdays, July 15-Aug. 5, at 12:30 p.m. The class is free but pre-registration is requested.
Throughout the year, the Wellness Program offers a variety of free classes on topics including stress management, financial fitness, weight management, physical fitness and smoke cessation to CWRU faculty and staff.
