Report shows Drug Court success in preventing new crimes, officials say
The Plain Dealer: A study from researchers in the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences showed that addicts who participate in the Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Drug Court are less likely to be re-arrested for new crimes.
