Southeastern Association of Law Schools (SEALS) presented Juscelino Colares, professor of law and associate director of the Frederick K. Cox International Law Center, with an award for one of the three best articles of the year at SEALS conference Aug. 2 in Amelia Island, Fla.
The paper, titled “Pleading Patters and the Role of Litigation as a Driver of Federal Climate Change Legislation,” was co-authored with Kosta Ristovski of Temple University.
Colares expects the article to be published in the American Bar Association’s peer-reviewed journal Jurimetrics in September or October.
