Case Western Reserve University will host the monthly meeting of the Ohio Higher Educational Facility Commission (OHEFC) on Wednesday, May 21, at 11 a.m. in Clark Hall, Room 206. The meeting is open to the public.
The OHEFC assists independent, not-for-profit institutions of higher education in financing the construction, renovation or rehabilitation of their facilities by issuing tax-exempt bonds on their behalf.
At the meeting, the university will request the commission to issue bonds for a new undergraduate residence hall. After the meeting, university officials will lead commissioners on a short tour of campus, pointing out major new projects under construction.
