The Office of Inclusion, Diversity and Equal Opportunity will host a Diversity 360 Think Forum during homecoming titled “The Gift of Diversity: From Activism to Philanthropy” on Thursday, Sept. 26, from 11:30 a.m to 1 p.m., in the Thwing Center’s 1914 Lounge.
The forum will explore the relationship between activism and philanthropy and discuss ways to engage alumni and the campus in efforts to benefit Case Western Reserve University students, the university and local community.
Featured guests include: Alicia Graves, president of the Case Western Reserve University African American Alumni Association; Harold D. McRae, CWRU emeritus trustee and founder of the “Doc” Kelker Scholarship Fund; and Sharon Milligan, associate dean of academic affairs and associate professor at the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences.
