Bon Appétit Management Co. will host a specialty pop-up event with Choolaah Indian BBQ today (Oct. 31) from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Tinkham Veale University Center.
During the popup, the Choolaah team will serve power bowls and additional add-ons, including samosas, mango lassi and chai out of the Pinzas location. The power bowls are made of white basmati rice with choice of protein (chicken or paneer) and choice of masala (tikka masala, chickpea masala and yellow lentil daal).
Members of the Case Western Reserve University community are invited to stop by and grab a bite while supplies last.
