Do you have a small space for gardening and want to maximize production? Find out how to make the most of your space with a workshop hosted by the University Farm Saturday, April 15, from 10 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. in the farm’s greenhouse (37125 Fairmount Blvd., Hunting Valley).
Farm Food Program staff will lead this workshop, titled “Square Foot Gardening for Beginners,” following Mel Bartholomew’s successful planting technique.
Participants will learn what the square-foot gardening method is, how to plan and plant your garden, and the advantages to using this method.
The workshop costs $5 for Case Western Reserve University students, and $15 for faculty and staff members.
