We each have the power to create our best lives through positive intentions. To help faculty and staff achieve such positivity, the Wellness Program will offer “Positively Powerful,” an eight-week series, packed with tools and strategies, to enhance their daily life.
Each week, faculty and staff will learn about a new technique and perspective on optimism and positivity. Topics such as the power of intention, the science of optimism, humor, gratitude journaling, building resilience, and habit change will be addressed.
Participation in this series counts toward the Stress Management Program Incentive for faculty and staff participating in the Wellness Incentive Program.
This series will be held on Mondays from Sept. 12 to Oct. 31. Each session will be from noon to 1 p.m.
