Navigating the busyness of the holiday season can be a struggle. While the outside world is all a hustle, we must go within to pay attention to what we need.
The Case Western Reserve University Wellness Program will host a four-week series titled “Self-Care Amidst Holiday Stress” to help faculty and staff prioritize self-care.
Participants will spend time together moving, breathing and reminding themselves about the important daily behaviors that make up self-care.
The series will be held Tuesdays from Dec. 7 to Jan. 4. Each session will be held from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m.
