Members of the community are invited to join the Siegal Lifelong Learning Program and The Association for Continuing Education for an upcoming remote lecture titled “Barnstorming Ohio To Understand America.”
Called “The Bard of Akron” by The New York Times, David Giffels spent the lead-up to the 2020 election traveling through Ohio and taking the pulse of the state that has voted for the presidential winner 29 of the last 31 elections. During this time, he wrote Barnstorming Ohio and was a commentator on NPR. He is a recipient of the Cleveland Arts Prize and has written for The New York Times, The Atlantic, and The Wall Street Journal among others.
