Winter 2021 Wellness Programs will be offered via Zoom, meaning all faculty and staff have the opportunity to sign up for classes that might have been difficult to attend in person. Series like Financial Wellness 101 and 201, Introduction to Meditation, and two levels of Vini Yoga are set to begin early next year.
“While we prefer participants to attend live when they can, we know schedules can fluctuate. Using Zoom for our series allows us to record the sessions and send them out to registrants so they can see what they might have missed that week,” Wellness Manager Mary Ann Dobbins said.
Attending live will allow participants to ask questions during the session, but the Zoom option opens up wellness programming to everyone, including those outside of Cleveland and those with full calendars.
Programming is offered in all six programming areas and registration forms are open for :
- Financial Wellness 101 and 201 (starting in February)
- Forever Fit (weight loss)
- Introduction to Meditation, Mindful Movement, and Release, Relax and Reach
- Be Well Yoga Levels 1 and 2
Also in January, a 12-week physical activity challenge will begin: Worldwide Wellness.
All benefits-eligible faculty and staff are encouraged to take advantage of this programming in 2021.
