An extra $100 or $200 is available to faculty and staff who have completed programming in one or two of the six Wellness Program areas in 2020.
Criteria details are available on the wellness website, but common 2020 options include:
- Successful completion of Coast to Coast (earning at least 300 points) qualifies for the Physical Activity Incentive.
- Attending at least 10 of the 12 sessions of Books@Work qualifies for the Community Well-Being Incentive.
- Attending or viewing the shared recording of seven of eight classes in the Fiscally Fit or Financial Wellness series qualifies for the Financial Wellness Incentive.
- Attending or viewing the shared recording of seven of eight classes in the Meditation 101 or Building Connection and Communication in the Midst of Stress series qualifies for the Stress Management Incentive.
- Attending or viewing the shared recording of seven of eight classes in the User’s Guide to Functional Nutrition or Nutrition 101 series qualifies for the Nutrition and Weight Management incentive.
- Completing tobacco attestation either through the QuitLine or the Selfhelpworks LivingFree class qualifies for the Tobacco Cessation Incentive.
To attest today, log onto HCM (hcm.case.edu) and select the Wellness Program tile, then use the Wellness Program participation button. Faculty and staff then can use the tabs to attest in the area in which the program was completed. Attestation forms for the Wellness Program Incentives will remain open and available for completion through Nov. 30.
