Sample and learn how to cook vegan dishes at a demonstration Thursday, Feb. 6, from noon to 1 p.m. in the Tinkham Veale University Center Ballroom, sponsored by One to One Fitness Center. A chef from Bon Appétit Management Co. will lead the event. Recipe cards will be shared with participants via email to align with the university’s environmental standards.
The event is free and open to all on campus, but advance registration is requested.
