Are you serious about strength training, but need help with your technique? Have you always wanted to safely add the squat, bench and/or deadlift to your workout routine? One to One Fitness Center will host “Learn to Lift” powerlifting workshops with a series of sessions during the weeks of Sept. 30, Oct. 7 and Oct. 14.
In this small group class setting, participants will learn proper training concepts to safely and efficiently maximize their potential under the guidance of trainers Ben Parks, Daniel Augusto and Alex Noell.
The workshops are open to the public; One to One Fitness Center membership is not required. Each class costs $5.
