Each fall, benefits-eligible faculty and staff are invited to participate in on-campus biometric screenings to get a free snapshot of their health status. At the screening, height, weight, waist circumference, fasting blood glucose, cholesterol and triglycerides are tested.
This fall, on-campus screenings will take place at Crawford Hall, Samson Pavilion, Tinkham Veale University Center and Wolstein Research Building. Participants also can use the Physician Results Form or choose a Quest center closer to home. Register by visiting the Quest website.
Those interested in receiving the monthly wellness incentive in 2020 should complete the screening, along with the Health Risk Assessment and Tobacco Attestation Form before Friday, Nov. 30.
Wellness Program participants are those who will be participating in one of the Benelect insurance plans in 2020 and who complete the three annual fall wellness activities. Those participants will earn an extra $25 each month in 2020.
Learn more about your health and earn an extra $300 in 2020 by completing the wellness incentive activities this fall.
