Participate in the 30-day water challenge

Student Wellness hopes to encourage students, faculty and staff to boost their daily consumption of water with a 30-Day Water Challenge that starts Jan. 24. 

Each week, participants are encouraged to drink eight or more 8-ounce glasses of water per day as well as decrease the amount of sugary and caffeine-containing beverages. A weekly drawing will be held for wellness-related prizes for participants who turn in a log.
