Reboot your diet with new nutrition program

Finding it a challenge to eat healthy on a budget or looking for new quick and easy dinner ideas as a working parent? Nutrition Action may be the answer. This eight-week class from the Case Western Reserve University Wellness Program covers a broad range of nutrition topics including “eating from the earth” and “food pharmacy.” Become a more informed consumer with this free, interactive program offered Thursdays at noon starting May 4.

Class presenters from the university’s partners at Ease@Work include registered dietitians, holistic nutrition experts and pharmacists.

Attending at least seven of the eight sessions of this class does qualify Wellness Incentive participants for the Nutrition and Weight Management Wellness Program Incentive.
