Mapping tool developed at Case Western gives real-time, location-based risk assessment for COVID-19
WEWS-5 (ABC-Cleveland): Yanfang (Fanny) Ye, the Theodore L. and Dana J. Schroeder Associate Professor in the Department of Computer and Data Sciences and the Institute for Smart, Secure and Connected Systems (ISSACS) at the Case School of Engineering, and Kenneth Loparo, the Arthur L. Parker Professor and Faculty Director of ISSACS, demonstrate and explain their online risk-assessment tool that gives the user updated location-specific information about the relative risk to exposure of COVID-19 for any location in the United States.
