xLab Quarterly Roundtable: “The Changing Role of IT Leadership in Digital Transformation”

IT leadership is increasingly playing a critical role for legacy companies in their digital transformation efforts. How have the roles of CIOs and IT leaders changed with respect to digital innovation? What traditional IT functions and organizational relationships support or collide with the emerging digital logic, which emphasizes new revenue generation, data-driven experimentation, agile design and development, needed for successful digital transformation? How can corporate IT organizations transform to support agile, customer-centric, cloud-based, and ecosystem-oriented digital strategies?

Attend the next xLab Quarterly Roundtable, titled “The Changing Role of IT Leadership in Digital Transformation,” for a discussion addressing this issue within legacy systems.

Youngjin Yoo, the Elizabeth M. and William C. Treuhaft Professorship in Entrepreneurship and xLab faculty director, will moderate this discussion.

The event will be held Tuesday, June 8, from 1 to 2 p.m.

Register to attend.
