The last 12 months were a forced acceleration of digitalization for many companies. What can we expect in the “new normal” after the pandemic? How can we use what we learned during the pandemic, in terms of digital tools, to imagine a new kind of digitally enabled new normal for organizations? What will stay and what will discontinue? What new challenges will we face and what new digital tools will we use?
Hear from representatives of Microsoft and Hyland during the xLab Quarterly Roundtable titled “Post-Pandemic New Normal and Digital Transformation” Tuesday, March 9, at 1 p.m.
The panelists will be:
- Mark R. Beckmann, director of manufacturing industry solutions at Microsoft;
- Ed McQuiston, chief commercial officer at Hyland and creator of OnBase;
- Valt Vesikallio, senior vice president of global services at Hyland and creator of OnBase; and
- Ron Fry, professor of organizational behavior at the Weatherhead School of Management.
The speakers will share their journeys and discuss how organizations have accelerated digital capabilities to prepare for the new normal and future work.
Fry also will address leadership and change management challenges. Youngjin Yoo, professor of information systems and director of xLab, will moderate the panel discussion.
