Writing Resource Center workshop: “Using Evidence Effectively”

Are you working on a research project? Do you want some extra practice integrating sources into your writing? Attend the next interactive Writing Resource Center workshop “Using Evidence Effectively” Friday, April 6, from 12:45 to 2 p.m. in Bellflower Hall, Room 102.

Emily Laurance and Cara Byrne, both faculty members, will lead the session.

Students will learn more about the research process and choose sources that meaningfully contribute to their arguments.

Laurance and Byrne also will discuss how students can effectively quote, paraphrase and respond to materials they discover during their research.

Pizza will be provided at the session.
