The Women Staff Leadership Development Institute offers a year-long program to full- and part-time women staff who have been at Case Western Reserve University for a minimum of one year. The program aims to nurture and develop talent while helping women staff cultivate their leadership skills.
An information session on the program will take place Friday, May 10, from noon to 1 p.m. in Tinkham Veale University Center, Flora Stone Mather Center for Women. Snack and beverages will be provided.
Register for the information session through a Google Form.
The application for the program will open shortly after the information session. Selected participants will assess and integrate their personal career goals into the program. In addition to attending programs and workshops through the Flora Stone Mather Center for Women, participants will have three one-on-one professional executive coaching sessions and attend four Weatherhead School of Management courses, completing the Executive Education Women in Leadership Certificate.
