The Women Staff Leadership Development Institute (WSLDI) offers a year-long program to full- and part- time women staff who have been at Case Western Reserve University for a minimum of one year. The program aims to nurture and develop talent while helping women staff members cultivate their leadership skills. Selected participants will assess and integrate their personal career goals into the program. In addition to attending programs and workshops through the Flora Stone Mather Center for Women, participants will have three one-on-one professional executive coaching sessions.
An information session for the WSLDI Class of 2021 will be held Thursday, May 14, from noon to 1 p.m. via Zoom.
Applications for the WSLDI Class of 2021 are due by Sunday, June 14, at 5 p.m. The application will be available online on May 15.
