Join Women in Sciences and Humanities Earning Doctorates (WISHED) for a welcome event Monday, Aug. 21, from 4 to 7 p.m. in Tinkham Veale University Center, Suite 248. WISHED will hold this event in collaboration with the Flora Stone Mather Center for Women.
WISHED is a community of female doctoral students and candidates that aims to provide social and professional resources and tools for individual and collective development.
During the welcome event, attendees can learn more about WISHED, including activities and programs offered. There also will be a campus tour, ending at ABC the Tavern for happy hour.
Snacks will be provided at the event.
