Women faculty: Get advice from full professors at Dec. 1 session

What is the value of your knowledge and expertise in the academy? How do you use that information to access resources and rewards? How do you present yourself in light of your value?

The Flora Stone Mather Center for Women will host “Advice from Full Professors: Assessing What You’re Worth & How to Use that Information” Tuesday, Dec. 1, from noon to 1:30 p.m. in Tinkham Veale University Center, Suite 248.

Join faculty colleagues from across campus to hear stories, advice and suggestions from:

  • Elizabeth Madigan, the Independence Foundation Professor in the Frances Payne Bolton School of Nursing;
  • Grace McComsey, professor of pediatrics and medicine; and
  • Ruqaiijah Yearby, professor of law, associate director of the Law-Medicine Center and the Oliver C. Schroeder Jr. Distinguished Research Scholar.
