William Marling, professor of English at Case Western Reserve University, recently published a book entitled “Christian Anarchist: Ammon Hennacy, A Life on the Catholic Left.”
Marling’s most recent book details the life and accomplishments of Christian social activist Ammon Hennacy, who Marling describes as a “forerunner of contemporary progressive thought.” James Fisher, editor of the Catholic Studies Reader, praised the book as an “important contribution to the literature of 20th century American radicalism.”
