Wellness Wednesday: “How to Manage Your Stress and Anxiety”

Learn more about the impacts of stress and anxiety, and create a personal plan to improve your wellness with the upcoming Wellness Wednesday workshop “How to Manage Your Stress and Anxiety.”

The workshop will take place Wednesday, Oct. 14, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. All Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland Institute of Art, Cleveland Institute of Music and Kent State University Podiatry undergraduate and graduate students are invited to attend.

The workshop is sponsored by University Health and Counseling Services and Office of Multicultural Affairs.
