Wellness Program offers series to help faculty and staff work smarter and happier this fall

During these challenging times, it can be easy to slide into negative thinking.

Elevate your personal engagement, meaning and happiness at work with the eight-week Wellness Program series, “The Work Happiness Method.” Offered by well-known positive psychology expert Stella Grizont, this series will include weekly web-based live sessions, program assessments, seminar summary sheets and gentle email and text reminders to keep participants engaged and energized.

Meeting for an hour on Tuesdays at 12:30 p.m. for eight weeks beginning Sept. 15. Registration is available online.
