Wellness Program offers activity encouraging healthy sleep

Faculty and staff are encouraged to join the Wellness Program’s “Healthy ZZZs Challenge,” a four-week activity during which participants add two healthy sleep behaviors each week. Some habits may be pretty easy, like getting to bed within 30 minutes of your goal bedtime. Other behaviors may be a bit more challenging, such as turning off electronics at least one hour before bed.

Healthy sleep prizes are available to participants who turn in their log each week.

Registration is open and logging begins on Nov 4.
